Today, on July 16th, we conducted basic digital marketing training as part of the Women’s Fund Georgia project “Empowerment of Women Environmentalists and Waste Reduction Campaign.”
The goal of the training was to empower women environmentalists in digital communication. The attendees included environmental activists, journalists, and students from Tbilisi, Kazbegi, the village of Tsalaskuri, Gori, and Rustavi.
During the training, we discussed issues related to social media management (specifically Facebook), such as creating a page, setting up and managing a Business Manager, automating Messenger, and advertising tools. Participants received information about effective methods for attracting a Facebook audience.
We are glad that we were able to share these skills and hope that our basic training will help other environmentalists effectively conduct information campaigns and reach their audience to the maximum extent.
