Empowerment of Women Environmentalists and Waste Reduction Campaign

The main goal of the project is to increase the capacity of “Eco Centre” to implement environmental activities, to contribute to the professional development of women, to promote waste separation practices and eco-friendly lifestyles. The project serves the purpose of supporting and empowering women environmentalists, including Eco Centre members to maintain sustainable activity.

To achieve the project objective the following activities will be implemented:

1. Practical seminar of Canva;
2. Poster contest for girls and women regarding environmental issues;
3. Training on the basics of social media and digital marketing;
4. Training for teachers;
5. Campaign for waste reduction and management.

As a result of the project:

1 – Access for women to the resources and skills necessary for environmental protection will increase (through providing them with the skills of visual and digital communication);

2 – The amount of waste ending up in the environment will be reduced; the number of green areas will be increased, and an eco-friendly lifestyle will be promoted.
